Your TLC and absolute lymphocytes count is normal. Abnormal lymphocytes will become relevant if the absolute lymphocytes count is high. Please get your CBC repeated after two months.

Nothing to worry It's a viral infection Drink plenty of fluid Take Paracetamol 650mg if Fever spikes Repeat Investigations after 7 days.

Atypical  lymphocytes  not going to harm u. This is of academic interest. Take treatment  with lots of LAMONADE to maintain platelets count, mausambi juice  home made. Use kiwi, anwala candy. No need to worry about  atypical lymphocytes. Relax

Few atypical lymphocytes are normal . I am more concerned about 145ml of post voidal urine in your usg. At your age it needs further evaluation. You need to consult a urologist
