Feverish feeling warm skin

Hello sir and mam.16 days ago i have fever so I had done cbc where dlc Neutrophils is 85% and lymphocytes count is 6%, normal WBC, normal platelets and hemoglobin 13.normal esr so doctor said it is bacterial infection and give 10 day antibiotic course.Today already 7 days passes after completing my antibiotics course but I have feverish feeling with warm skin.so today after 16 days I have done cbc again and my dlc neutrophils is 71%, lymphocytes is 22%, normal WBC, normal platelet, hemoglobin is 12.5 .so please suggest me why feverish feeling continue as I have already completed my antibiotics course.please reply
