Hi. I am suffering from high fever since yesterday but there are no cold or flu symptoms. Only thing I feel awkward is stomach upset/indigestion. What can be the probable problem I have? Also I have got cold feet and palms.

Hello there. I can understand your concern. As of now you can take a tab. Paracetamol 650mg thrice a day. Drink plenty of fluids. Avoid oily and spicy foods.
