Fever wid shivering during dis season.. Could likely b due to malaria or dengue(high chances).. Bt other clinical symptoms wid proper history is also required.. As of now u cn hav PCM -650 mg Thrice a day Pantop-40 mg half an hour before breakfast.. Get ur self tested from d nearest lab- CBC Peripheral smear(thick n thin for malaria) NS1 antigen (dengue)

avoid water pooling in ur nearby areas as it could b cause of mosquitoes breeding

Having fever means some kind of infection. Fever with shiverring can be dengue malaria thyphoid urinary infection.so u need to get her tested.but right now give her tab dolo 650 mg every 6 hrly after meals n give tab pan dsr two times a day before meals

get her blood tests done CBC DENGUE NS1ANTIGEN URINE ROUTINE MICRO after these test reports we will decide what other tests are required to be done
