Fever with dizziness & vomiting tendency
Was having fever since last 3 days 101-102 along with cough and dizziness.
Vomiting tendency is also there.
Fever is not so there but dizziness and vomiting tendency is persistent.
Taking medicine as paracetamol 650 and Azithromycin.

Can take pan-d in the morning for a few days.
Darolac capsule twice daily till symptoms improve.
