Hello there. I can understand your concern. As of now you can take a tab. Paracetamol 650mg thrice a day after food for 2 days for fever. For cough cannot prescribe anything with just this much information. If it still persists, you can start a online consultation with me so that I can take a detailed history and suggest you further.
