I have had a 100+ fever for 6 days Headache (mostly temple region and top of head) when in fever Chills before the fever go away once the fever is down No other issues: no cough, no cold, no body ache, nothing Feel like I am absolutely fine once the fever comes below 99.5 Not feeling too weak, I can do all my work if the temperature is normal Test done Rt - pcr : negative Dengue : negative Malaria negative Tyhphi . negative Peripheral smear: Normal ESR : 36 CRP: 29.9 widal: negative Chikungunya: negative Urine routine: Normal LFT (29 March 2023) SGOT: 49 SGPT: 50 LFT (26 April 2023) Sgot: 57 SGPT: 66 KFT (26-04-23) Normal CBC (26 April 2023) Hb: 14.5 TLC: 6.67 Mcv : 82.2 neutophis:66 Lymphocytes: 22 Eosinophils: 2 Platelets: 246* 10^3 Taking 1000mg paracetamol every six hours still get a 102-103 fever with chills it comes down to 99-100 with medicine, and rises again in 6-7 hours  Also taking Azithromycin 600 once a day multivitamins, and Pantop D-SR
