Hi dear Take dolo 650 as and when required but do not take half tablet take full dose If fever persist then we will need to evaluate further    . Continue  cetrizine for more three days But if u have dry cough u need to take syrup as well Kindly consult in case of further query Take care

Hello If ur weight is above 50kg paracetamol can be taken 6 th hourly if required. Azithromycin is good for now and if symptoms getting worsen then antibiotics can be modified accordingly
