Give 2 top milk feeds using a glass and 4 solid meals including curd and Banana in the diet in addition to whatever you prepare at home. Use syp ondem half hour before meals and paracetamol for fever and repeat every 4 hours if required. Give ors after every loose motion if watery and add syp vizylac twice a day for 5 days. If not improving OR accompanied by dullness and refusal to feed OR reduction in urine output,consult your paediatrician asap.
