For fever which antibiotic is best . Amoxicillin or safexim 200 ? Symptom - fever around 100 yesterday and today no fever . but little headache eye burning and little shiver

Hi Can you tell me about pattern of fever Because it might be viral or other infectious  disease also Not to take antibiotic before consult. Till you consult I advice for take tablet paracetamol 650 mg , consent for further management

Hi, for fever just for one day that too 100.We don't prescribe any antibiotic as such, take only PCM 500 sis but if you have other symptoms too, then kindly connect with proper history for furthr trtmnt.
