I am eating 3 times a day. Last night took one paracip 500 mg . Still fever is there , What to do to get rid of this fever? Is it ok if I eat normal food for 3 times a day

Your fever has no relation with eating frequency. Fever is sign of some pathological problems. If recurrence then this requires more evaluations.
