Fever since 7-8 days, typhiod report

I have fever since 7-8 days, temperature was always between 98.6-99 c, i was taking antibiotics medicine after consulting doctor, but yesterday in blodd test report, S typhi "H" is positive 1:80 . Doctor has given medicine. But my fever remain at 99 c. Please suggest me
