Hello doctor my baby 20months old he is suffering from fever from the past two days i consulted pediatrician he suggested paracetamol and im following the shedule but still my baby not showing interest to food he is driniking only milk im worried

What is the fever associated with? Is it associated with cold cough lose motions vomiting eardischarge? What is the temperature? In fever the appetite decreases in general.
