I have fever for last 3 days .when I eat medicine it gone but after 6 hours it came .can it is case of typhoid or any other diseases

No it's not a typhoid...it may be a viral fever.. Continue tab pcm 650mg wenever the temp is above 100...if it's below cold sponging is enough
