Is Dolo 650 advisable for fever above 102.. going until 103..? And what frequency? Is Azithromycin important with High Grade fever?

Yes, Dolo 650 can be given in fever above 100. Maximum tolerable dose of Dolo 650 is 4 tablet in 24 hours . So you can give Dolo 6 hours apart . Azithromycin is not at all important for all high grade fever. It’s an antibiotic. It depends what is the cause of fever

Dolo 650 is advisable for temperature above 100°C, upto four times, if required. Azithromycin should not be taken for every cough, cold and fever.
