My daughter is having temperature of 99 degree without taking any vaccine. Should I give her calpol drops or observe more

Recheck temp after few mins. If it higher than 100.4 Give paracetamol. Over clothing can be the reason Frequent feeding. Watch for urine. Dehydration fever can also occur
