Fever no cough and cold

My son is 14 months old. He has been suffering from fever since yesterday afternoon. From yesterday to today morning 7.30 I gave crocin drop 4 hours gap. After 7:30 till now no fever coming... should I gave him antibiotics or Crocin drop if fever comes back?

Consult Now
If no fever, nothing to give, unless any symptoms. If cough , cold, please consult paediatrician. No antibiotics till it is proved to be bacterial infection
