Fever loose motion and irritation

My baby is five months old. Suffer from a mild fever a few days before. 2-3 dose of Pcm normalise the fever. From today morning he is again a mild fever with loose motion 3-4 times from morning and irritated (crying). Is this teething in infants or there will be heat effect or some other problem? Please give a suggestion so that we can take appropriate action.

Diagnosing without seeing is difficult it could be anything from diarrhea teething or cramps or may be some other issue please continue medicine for fever sos. Give zinc drops .5ml once a days if baby is cranky and you feel it's abdominal then you can use dicylomine drop 5 drops sos

You may give 1.Electral ORS tetrapack. As much baby can accept. 2. Z&D drops 1ml daily 3. Enterogermina one amp. daily ×5days No top feed. Breast feeding to continue. If child doesn't pass urine ×6hrs. then better consult for physical examination I hope this suggestion helps
