A constant 102°F fever for two weeks with negative results for common infections (dengue, typhoid, malaria, pneumonia) falls into the category of Fever of Unknown Origin (FUO), which requires a more extended investigation. Common causes that are often missed include occult bacterial infections, tuberculosis, autoimmune conditions, or lymphoma. The mildly elevated ESR (26) is non-specific but supports ongoing inflammation.
Next Steps
Get chest X-ray, urine culture, blood culture (during fever spike), ANA, and a repeat CBC with differential. Consult a physician in person urgently — two weeks of unexplained 102°F fever needs thorough evaluation. Please consult me directly on Practo for a detailed evaluation.

Persistent fever needs further evaluation beyond initial tests. Ensure hydration, paracetamol, and rest. A consultation can review reports and suggest next steps. Feel free to book one.
