It's same as in adults. If body temperature is 100 or above,give just paracetamol,repeat 4 hourly if required. If persistent for more than 48 hours,OR accompanied by other symptoms like vomiting or loose motions or coughing and breathlessness or dullness and refusal to feed ,consult your paediatrician asap.
