I'm 10 week pregnant. I'm suffering from cold & fever from today. Fever is 99.3. Due to pregnancy I'm little tired. I take paracetamol 500 in the morning. Now At night fever came back. Can I take p.500 again? If yes how long?  I'm very much worried. Worried about my baby.

Yes u can Go fr 6 hourly temperature charting Repeat paracetamol 6 hourly if fever is more than 99

U can take  paracetamol If not controlled visit hospital
