If its not serious enough to warrant admission, or causing problem in daily functions of baby do not worry. Undernourished child will always fall sick more often, so check out whether her food intake is OK, if not follow my article mentioned below. Child can start walking from 10 months to 1 1/2 years age. So if she is standing with support , she will start walking in few months time. If by 18-20 month she still does not walk do show pediatrician.
