Hi, My daughter having fever from today afternoon. She is having 101.1 fever, headache, shivering and body pains

This is the season of viral fever which takes around 4-5 days to go.. Give paracetamol syrup as per weight of the child.. Also maintain the hydration status of the kid.. If problem persists with no relief, Visit a nearby Pediatrician
