Having fever from last 3days 100.4 to 103.7.first day was two vomating n now headache n lose stool two tile a day pain abdomen .age is 3 year old baby girl.plz suggest

It  looks like stomach infection  Give  syrp. Cyclopam 5ml if abdominal pain Syrp. Ondem 5ml if  vomiting Liq. Enterogermina 5ml twice a day for 2 days  for loose stool And fever medicine also
