Fever from yesterday night

Hello doc my child got fever around 2.30am today early morning.. Was given him p250 3.5ml His age is 4yrs 5months his weight is approx 14-15kg what is the dosage I can give him He is active and eating asusal but temp is fluctuating between 99 to 100 Pls suggest me any home remedies apart from paracetomol. Thanks in advance

4-5 ml is enough. Nothing to give if fever is below 100 f. Check again after 30 min, if increasing, give medicine. If not, keep child in a cool place. Tepid water sponging can be done. Get a hemogram, urine r, CRP qt, of fever persists beyond 2 days.
