Fever returning every 5-6 hours for three days with headache, sore throat and cough is most often a viral infection, but at this stage dengue, typhoid, malaria and influenza all need to be ruled out — three days is the point where blood tests become meaningful rather than guessing. Paracetamol 650 mg is a reasonable fever medicine and you may continue it as needed, but I would not add antibiotics or any other tablet without a diagnosis. Drink plenty of fluids, take steam inhalation and warm saline gargles for the throat, and rest. Please watch for warning signs: breathlessness, persistent vomiting, bleeding from gums or nose, severe abdominal pain, rash, drowsiness or fever above 103°F not settling — any of these need emergency care the same day.

Acute pharyngitis Probably viral Tab Azithromycin 500mg daily for 5days Tab Zerodol P twice daily for 3 days Gargles and steam Tab Beplex forte one daily

Please do a CBC and do steam inhalation. Add Augmentin 625mg 1-0-1 for 5 days And Montek LC 0-0-1 FOR 5 days

Continue Dolo. Tab Augmentin 650mg - twice daily for 5 days. Syrup TusQDx - 10 ml twice daily for 5 days. Warm saline water gargles - thrice daily. Consume warm fluids.

Get cbc done and share results Continue dolo 650. Tab augmentin 625mg one morning and one evening for 5days. Tab cetrizine 5mg one morning and one evening for 5days. Grilinctus dx cough syp 5m.l every 8hours for 7 days. Do hot saline gargles.

Continue paracetamol. Get yourself tested for tropical fevers like dengue/ malaria/ typhoid fever. Review with reports .

Already answered. Betadine gargle add 3ml solution in hot to warm water gargle. Zerodol sp three times a day after food for 3to5 days.  Montek lc one at night for 3to5. Azee500 one per day after food for 3to5 days

You are probably having AFI with secondary infections. Can be relieved with Short course antibiotics.If not go for investigations.

If fever persists do CBC and CRP and treat with anti biotic if bacterial Do dengue fever and malaria test also
