My son has fever from last 24 hour and whenever we give him liquid paracetamol it come down for couple of hours than it go back fever as usual

In viral infection, fever can come in every 6 hours and may last for 2 to 3 days, in some cases till 5 days. However if he is having chills or anyother problem then do consult a doctor once.
