Fever for long
Having fever between 99 to 100 since 30 days. If antibiotic is taken then fever goes down. Typhoid was detected 20 days back and taking Zifi 200/Zifi O since then with paracetamol, montek lc and bedex forte and citzine

I would like to know more symptoms. Also, temperature between 99 and 100 is not considered fever. There are specifications depending at what time of the day it occurs.
Also duration of about 3 weeks and just fever doesnt ho with the diagnosis of typhoid.
Don't repeat the test. I would like to know which test did you go for?
To be frankly sure, go for a blood culture instead.
But before that, I'd like to see your temperature charting as well.
Taking unncessary antibiotics would create problem for your gut.

Longer duration of fever poses a great challenge for diagnosis and usually involve multiple causes and require thorough history and clinical examination and also may require investigations. But a right clinician with thorough knowledge and expertise would grasp the diagnosis.

1. Stop all medications as medications use Is also one of the causes for fever.
2. Consult a good general physician or a consultant physician in clinic visit if possible as physical examination is the most important for diagnosis as there may be clues to the diseases that can only be found by physical examination.
