Fever for last 6-7 days

Hi Doc, my self aged 47yrs suffering from fever since 25th taking oflox 200mg, cetrazine and Palton syrup , but till not now not well fever is around 99.4 feeling very week, stomach pain problem in passing stool , Color of stool dark, done some lab test MP negative, CBC platelets around 2.44 lc and widal is normal, please advise
