Using p250 from yesterday afternoon but fever not controlled we r giving him 5ml in 4 to 6 hrs range. is medicine need to be changed shall i use p650

What’s his weight.?fever is a symptom if it’s a viral fever it takes 2-3 days to come down.. if any other fever it takes few more days..fever lasting more than 3 days consult nearby paediatrician.
