FEVER, DULL ABDOMINAL PAIN, COUGH

Frm 29aug havng feverad little cough,on 1sept 103°fever, 1sept- CBC test normal,urine test- URINE PUS CELLS(10-12),URINE RBC(2-4).Cough nt gng till.5sept-102° fever, ULRASOUND done- IMPRESSION-- FEW SUBCENTIMETER SIZED TO MILDY ENLARGED MESENTERIC LYMPHNODES IN RIF,WITH FEW OF THEM SHOW SUSPICIOUS INTERNAL NECROSIS P/O INFECTIVE ETIOLOGY. INTERNAL ECHOES WITHIN URINARY BLADDER. Doctor said infection is there, taking FLOTRAL 10MG(NIGHT),PARACETAMOL500MG,OFLOXACIN+ORNIDAZOLE(two times),RABAPRAZOLE(EMPTY) But my fever is coming n going even after taking paracetaml(100-100.2°) Abdominal pain and so much cough. I google symptoms it shos cancer,TB,HIV. Please help me. Why am not getting better. From 9 days am hving fever, coming and going. And cough increased also.

Hie, first of all don't trust all the information shown in Google. Yes,you have an infection and according to your symptoms of fever,cough and mesenteric lymphnode involvement, i advice you to first get your chest x - ray done and sputum sample test to be done to eliminate TB from our differential diagnosis
