Fever chills leg pain and canker sores

It all started with acute leg pain and mild fever. Chills. And now. Weakness and chill are there but whole mouth is paining like needle with white canker sores in throat, tongue and gums…gums are also swollen and due to this tooth ache is also there. How to get rid of these sores immediately. So painful.
