Hii,my mother is suffering from fever ,chills, headache and constipation from past 5 days.She has the urge to defaecate but nothing comes out,she has to apply alot of pressure and it burns a lot.She has constant headache and the fever comes and goes,took medicines too but still not working,currently taking cremaffin for constipation but still there is a lot of burnibg which makes her not go.Please help,what could be the reason for all this?She never had constipation before
