Fever around 99.3

For the past 6 days fever develops of 99.3 Used to take paracetamol 325mg now from the past 2 days I have increased the dosage to 650mg. Antigen test showed corona negative while RT PCR is pending. I have no other symptoms and just low grade fever comes back in 24hrs approx. What should I do please suggest

Wait till corona report. Take paracetamol for fever. If getting breathless then get admitted at the nearest hospital for further evaluation.
