Reports could be false negative. Check his spo2, temp, BP, sugar levels. If fever (>100) persist for more than 2 days than consider getting repeat RTPCR along with se blood test to rule out covid and other causes. Is fever associated with headache/lethargy/cough/diarrhoea?? Need detail history for proper evaluation
