Fever and vomiting

My daughter is 5years old and she has Fever from last 5 days and vomited for first 3days. She is on medication Taxim-o Forte and Ibugesic plus. We have done her blood test cbc, sgpt, urine routine,malaria antigen and widal on 4th day and all reports have come negative. Today is the 6th day and still she is getting fever.Kindly suggest.
