My friend has fever since last 5-6 days and his stomach is also aching since then...fever is recurring...he is taking paracetamol but it is effective for sometime and then again fever comes back...can this be corona?

Yes it can be corona or urinary infection or colitis. Get corona testing.

Fever has a lot of causes. Ask your friend to Consult a physician or doctor nearby. In view of Covid pandemic, we should ruleout Corona at the first instance.
