I started getting muscle pain which feels like burning sensation on my back from neck to back of my waist including shoulders. Then from today i have fever around 99.6-99.7. apart from this no other symptoms. My RAT is negative. What could be reason for my fever? Please suggest

Please get your CBC done and consult with a General Physician on Practo for further management. RAT test is of no use in all aches and pains.
