I am facing forehead headache at night times and sometime fever also need some suggestions which tablets and best antibiotics to use

Rx - CAP DOXYCYCLINE, 100mg, od × 2 days. - TAB PARACETAMOL, 500 mg, bid.   DrPBM. Do Blood culture and sensitivity, PS for MP.
