Hello Have a record of temperature. If fever is 100.4F give paracetamol. Look for if there is cough, and see if headache and body aches are persisting, vomiting, pain abdomen, diarrhoea,urine output and activity of child.if fever is persisting for 3 days you need to consult your paediatrician. For now maintain hydration and ensure adequate fluid intake.

Give fever medicine. Usually it is a viral fever and lasts 3 to 4 days. Visit a pediatrician for check up and treatment

Give paracetamol if its more than. 99.5 f

If temperature is above 99.5F in underarms consider it as fever and give paracetamol as per weight

Dont worry give syrup Calpol 250mg 5ml every 6th hourly if temperature present for 2 days
