Fever and headache 24hours

Yesterday evening 4pm my daughter started complaining of headache and th en fever started in the might gave Crocin and then she went to school fever was high when she came. Gave Crocin and after that she was ok. After 4 hours again fever is started

looks like viral fever.. keepthe child hydrated and give paracetomol every 6hourly if the fever  and headche are persistent... if there are symptoms like dull activity and high grade fever then better to go in person with local pediatrician.... if the child is active and taking oral feeds well then no need to worry

Dont worry looks like Viral fever only so you need to continue giving every 6th hourly same crocin. Usually Viral fever stays for 3 days suppose Even after 3 days fever is not reducing then you need to consult physically with Pediatrician

Fever coming down after Crocin and then returning after a few hours is common with many viral infections. Ensure your daughter is drinking enough fluids, getting adequate rest, and continue giving paracetamol only as advised by your pediatrician
