My daughter has cold and fever she is 2.5years old.. can we give maxtra syrup and combiflam suspension together?

Since your daughter is 2.5 years old  you should be cautious while using maxtra syrup . Combiflam is combination of 2 medicines ,used if only there is high fever Otherwise simple paracetamol dosed properly according to her bodyweight is adequate
