My 11 month old baby has got fever and cold. I am using paracetamol paediatric syrup. He was prescribed to take Atarax drops ( 6 drops , 3 times a day) when he was 5 months old for similar illness. At his age now, what should be the dosage for the Atarax drops? Baby's weight is ~10kg

Give maxtra drops 0.5 ml thrice a day But better to get examined or consult a a doctor for such illness
