I have fever and cold since 5 days. I also have shivering. Pls let me know what. I have throat pain also

It might be simple viral fever But to rule out other cause...Little more information is required. Take tab Dolo 650 three times daily after meals,if not allergic to.. Tab. Levocetrizine 5 mg once at night for 3 days
