Fever and cold

Dear Sir/Madam, Since yesterday i am suffering with fever 101+ and cold... Then i have started taking dolo 650 thrice a day and azithromycin 1 tablet per day in night and levocetrizine 1tablet  in night... Today i got relief from cold but fever is not getting reduced when i am taking dolo 650 it is coming to 99.1 once after 5 hours again i am getting 101+... i don't understand what further step need to be taken. Hence kindly provide your valuable suggestions

Continue the present medication for 3-5 days. Dolo650 mg can be taken upto 4 times a day as per the presence of fever. Drink plenty of water. If no relief after this , consult physician.

Kindly get yourself tested due to the uncertain times we are in. Drink 2-3 litres of fluids daily Eat fresh fruits and vegetables. Avoid oily and spicy food.

We need to get it tests done ,otherwise for fever more than 3 days we usually go for the series of blood investigations n more so in times of covid
