Dear sir my son is 2 year 1 month old and his weight is 12.5kg .. he has a fever since yesterday his body temperature 99.5 getting highest but when I give paracetamol syrup (PCM) his temperature get down 97°F it's getting down but after 3 or 4 hours he has getting body temperature 99.5°F.

Try to give more liquids around 1000ml in a day. PCM required only if temp above 100F. Viral may be.
