This is for a 30-year-old male, he got wet in the rain last night and is now experiencing fever and cold symptoms. Please advise on appropriate medications.

Use Paracetamol 500mg (6 hourly) only when needed (Max daily dose of 4g total). Use Oxymetazoline Nasal Spray 12 hourly (Maximum usage for 5 days). Watch tutorials on how to properly use the nasal spray.
