My son is suffering from fever last 3 days temperature above 103 paracetamol not working good for him . Only ibugesic plus help to relieve fever for 5 to 6 hrs. He usually not do snoring but doing high , yellow mucus few only discharged after taking steam too. Initially he had cough. After taking homeopathy medication cough is not that much but fever not reducing pls help.what to do
