Hi doctor, I got vaccinated today with covishield due to which I was having mild body ache so I took pcm in evening around 7 pm now i have shivering and my fever is 103.1 so i have taken the pcm again.. Is it normal to have fever more than 103? What should be done here please advise..

It is normal after vaccination. Do cold sponging Also. Take 3 cotton clothes. Soak clothes in normal water..twist clothes for removal of extra water,  keep 2 cloth in each armpit area and keep one cloth on forehead. After 10 min remove these cotton cloth and again do same.

Its common  to get fever for 3 to 5 days But 103 is too high Btw dont worry  Do sponging
