Fever 101.9

I had fever 101.5 then 101.4 for 2 days and I am taking dolo 650 for every 6 hrs after fever more than 100.5 last fever time period increased to 12 hrs and fever is 101.9. I m a breastfeed mother having c section a month ago Is there anything to worry

Fever is fine.. But wats the cause of fever post delivery is also equally Important to kno.. As ur breast feeding..u also need to b careful tat ur baby doesn't get sick. U can also strt antibiotics if fever is not subsiding.. So kindly evaluate further .. Willing to help..kindly consult
